Basic Tarif

The given prices included:

• the VAT rate dd.1.6.2008
• The number of persons mentioned at the time of the booking is the maximum number allowed per house.

Babyfurniture

35€/week
At the booking: a bed, a highchair and play-penn will be placed in th house. After booking: pick-up at the reception: bed 15€, chair or play-penn 10€

Pets

Pets, maximum 2 per house are allowed in certain houses at request (to be mentioned at the bookingtime) at the cost of 6€ per pet and per day (not mentioned = x 2.5);
On the premises pets are to be held on leach.

Booking changes

Until 8 weeks before arrival and so far this is still possible, the lessee may make changes in booking. Besides the possible other supplemnet 13€ is charged per booking. Cancellation terms wille be applicable from the 56th day before arrival.

Cancellation

The following costs will be charged to the client in the event of cancellation:

• a)cancellation up to 90 days before the day of arrival: 15% of accomodation charges
• b)cancellation between the 90th and 28th day befoire arrival: 50% of accomodation charges
• c)cancellation between the 28th day and the day before arrival: 90% of accomodation charges
• d)cancellation on the day of arrival or later: full accomodation charges.
  Cancellation charges must be paid immediately after receiving the confirmation of the cacellation.
  Note: only cancellation in writing will be taken into account.Also the client benefits, without extra costs, of our re-booking service, which means that if a serious reason compels re-booking, ysermonde-letting will try to find a new occupant. If a new occupant is found the client can have part of the cancellation costs refunded, in so far these costs have fully been paid.

Guarantee

A guarantee of 75€, 100€ of 125€ must be paid for each house, depending on the size of the house. If all regulations have been strictly complied with, itwill be paid back into the bank account within three weeks after departure (please communicate your Iban and Bic Code)

Time arrival

arrival: from 3pm till 5.30pm
departure 10am

Ysermonde-letting reserves the right to change the arrival times. Any changes will be given in writing

Litigation

The courts of Veurne shall have sole legal competance to settle disputes

These General Terms replace all preceding terms including those of all other brochures of Ysermonde-letting.

We will send you a booking form upon request, a copy of which has to be returned to us. At the same time you will receive our payment instructions and our general terms. Reservations are hereby explicitly made for fluctuations in price. Incorrectness and evident printing errors shall not be binding. For international payments, banking costs will be for clients account.
